Private sector policy recommendations in the March 2023 policy review includes implementation and creation of private-public partnerships (PPPs), the government encouraging foreign and domestic investments and capacity building involving procurement, negotiations and efficient management and facilitation of PPPs in the manufacturing sector.

The Tanzania development vision 2025 (FYDP III) is opened by a special message from the president. This 3rd edition of TBF will also tap into VISION 2050 that was launched on 17th July 2025 by the president.
